Our practice is founded on the principles of authenticity, growth, and cultural sensitivity—values that guide every session. Dr. Ranasinghe has over 12 years of experience blending research expertise with a deep understanding of his particular specializations, which include trauma recovery, neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism), couples therapy, sex therapy, addiction, and burnout. This expertise is informed by his background in corporate spaces, serving in the U.S. Army, his personal experience as an immigrant, and his own lived experience with neurodiversity, to name a few. These lived experiences have fueled his interest in growing his professional expertise so that he may better serve his clients.
Dr. Ranasinghe believes a deep understanding of your cultural background and life experiences is key to effective therapy. This culturally-informed approach helps build a strong therapeutic connection more quickly, allowing us to put your needs first.
